I would like some advice on who to speak to at Vodacom regarding poor signal at our business premises and conference venue in jhb CBD. 99% of our employees and guests and journalists that attend use vodacom 3g/voice devices and the signal in the buildings is almost none existent. Iv managed to have cell-c and telkom mobile install roof top equipment for their network but cannot seem to get hold of anyone from vodacom who can help me.
Does anyone know who would the correct person/department inside of vodacom to contact to help me fix this problem or look at some solutions to this problem?
