So I bought airtime from vodacom online. Guess what... Still not reflecting in my account but money is way out of my back account. I call customer service she says call tomorrow. Oh and the customer service lady name is Nikki. She is very clever. She says wait or call us tomorrow. Genius idea seeing that I need the airtime today. But makes no difference, the service is very good.
To top it off I have been receiving ads from vodacom on the hour. I sent a stop to the 31118 number but yup you guessed it, monkeys seem to have found a recursive call for the send function with not terminating condition.
So is there a vodacom customer care here? Or are they busy fighting for higher consumer charges at the courts?
