I sent the following to VodacomData via PM.
I am waiting for a resolution on a service query created on 15 October 2013. It is now 7 weeks later and I still do not have a result. I am expected to pay for a data bundle that I never got.
I have tried contacted the call centre, but I waited for 10 mins to get a reply, still nothing. Please follow up and provide any results.
I provided more data in the PM.
My account is currently in arrears as I did not pay for the data bundle I never received. I will not pay for a service I did not receive. Go a read the CPA. I will also not hold on for 10+ minutes just to talk to a person to resolve this problem.
I am awaiting your speedy reply so this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
