My girlfriend recently upgraded to the 5s. Since the cutover, her phone has been regularly showing no service. When she called Vodacom, they told her to turn 4G off. When she asked if that defeats the point of having an LTE enabled phone, the helpdesk had no anwer.
I called, and I was told to change her APN to internet instead of the lte.vodacom.za which hasnt worked.
Is anyone having the same issue?
My iPhone 5 on Vodacom is just fine.
