Hope you can help.
I did an online upgrade. Lady at the online side made it a new contract....
Now after tweeting, phoning couple of times I was assisted with the upgrade of my current account and both times told the new contract will be cancelled.
Till now it has not been cancelled!!!
Come end of the month I have to pay the R399 for a device and number I am not using and neither wanted at the start.
Who can I contact to assist me.
