Internet / whatsup / BBM not working

Since this afternoon nothing is working on my Q10. I cannot use the internet, I cannot send or receive whatsup or BBM, my sms is not working. I do have airtime on my phone and I do still have 47,99mb of my 250mb data bundle. Everything was still working fine this morning.

I phoned customer care and spoke to 2 persons. I was advised that I need to purchase a data bundle before it will work, but I have a bundle with some data still available and it is not working !! I have switched the phone off, I have removed the battery and it is not working.

The customer care guy also tells me that it is not necessary to pay the R59 for BIS anymore because the Q10 does only use data for EVERYTHING even BBM.....so does this mean I have been paying R59 for a service that is not necessary to have ? :confused:

I was also told that when the bundle is finished nothing will work even if I have lots of airtime available :confused: Customer care tells me everything uses data not not airtime. Only thing that uses airtime is calls.

So I would appreciate if somebody can assist me to get the services working that was still working this morning because it seems like customer care cannot help me :mad::mad:

EDIT Problem has been resolved now and my services working again, I phoned several time and eventually was in the end assisted by somebody who knows what they were doing, her name was Xolelwa. She was very professional - thank you Xolelwa !

BUT I still need clarity on the BIS service fee and would appreciate an answer. I was so relieved that my services were working again I forgot to ask about the BIS
