I've done an early upgrade in Feb 2015 and was on a normal personal Smart L package with a 24 month device installment. My company took over my line and transferred it to a Vodacom Business account sometime last year. I have 2 queries.
1. I cannot get any info from Vodacom Business as to when my handset payment comes to an end. From my calculations and statements, end March 2017 should be the last handset installment, although my subscription package ends end Oct 2017. Vodacom Business wants me to have the companies registration details, how many business lines they have, etc.
2. Would it be possible to do an early upgrade on this business account? My regular bill is just over R1000 per month.
Any help would be great.
