At first, going for CellC's contract buyout was nice and easy process. Got my premature contract cancellation quotation. Paid it in full and enjoyed the extra left over cash at hand:)
But then, 9 Months after I cancelled I started getting another Vodacom debit order of R400. This was due apparently to a Ghost number they have allocated to the account. At first I was not happy due to this but a rep called me and explained what was going on and that it will never happen again
Then, this month they knock me R4000 debit order for something I dont even use.
Be careful when you do contract buyout. It might bite you in the end. And from personal experience engaging with their great support staff and their ability to resolve your problem you might end up changing you banking details due to this.
Now I can see why Mr Piet Malan did what he did. :mad: Piet, if you are reading this, maybe we should get together over a cup of coffee (Make it a beer) its on me!
