Vodacom LTE Complaint

After having an issue with the LTE USB dongle purchased from Vodacom and basically been given the run around by all nothing seems to be able to get these people to do anything about it. I have tried the following.

1. Emailed and spoken to the help desk so many times I cannot even remember.
2 Posted my complaint on Hello Petter https://www.hellopeter.com/user/TecGetSolutions/reviews
3. Posted on the Complaints Board site https://www.complaintsboard.com/comp...e-c852867.html
4. Now I have sent a letter to our local newspaper as the above Complaints Board letter.

All of the above I have also emailed the link to the Vodacom Help desk agent that is supposed to be looking into my complaint and I basically get the same response from them and nothing get done.

So now I am at a loss as to what further I can do about this issue so if anyone here can help that would be great.

How big business can a promote a product like they do and when a customer has an issue they adopt this take it or leave it attitude is shocking. :mad:

Once this is resolved I will be removing my company cell phone away from them ASAP.
