Where does Vodacom actually get their Support staff from

So my BC Lite Business Contract connects to the internet, but can't browse except the vodacombusiness.co.za webste, told that to their support after being thrown around from one department to another, it's like a bunch of monkeys, you call the business support line and end up in customer support which then tells you you should instead call the number you actually just called.

Anyways despite all efforts to inform the lady that was helping me that theirs nothing wrong with the router it has a connection i can browse the vodacom site I can't browse anything else, she insisted I reset the router monkey 101, so I did just that and it did the same it connected like it connected before and i could browse the vodacom site and nothing else just like it was before, I mean anyone with some knowledge would immediately be able to spot the problem and realize what the client says like hey this client can browse our site, so this client does actually have internet it's just blocked for some reason.

So instead her replies was that sorry but it looks like your router has last connected to our network like 147 days ago, now where did she get that info from I mean did that even make sense to her, So I told her it's impossible I'm using the internet every single day and just look at whats left of my cap to see that Ive been using it just in this month, ok so know she asks me for the mac on the router, then does n few more test, stays away for like 10 min and comes back and tells me sorry sir we can't fix your problem because you have done configurations on your router and this after she asked me to reset the router back to default.

So that was it that was the help I got from vodacom to fix my problem and that is a person working on the business support side, with I would say almost no skills sets to actually help anyone, unless off course you only needed a quick router reset or restart.

So where and why does vodacom actually use such unskilled ppl to help their clients, I mean my problem is not even resolved now I have no internet yet I will be charged for it end of month, only option vodacom now leaves me with is to revert my payments to them and then they can explain to a judge why they simply could not fix my problem but was happy to take my money, when they take me to court.

It absolutely sucks and i cannot believe this is how they fix problems.
