New Vodacom Broadband Business contract cant connect on b593 router

Hello Everyone

So today was very exciting finally got my LTE Broadband business contract from vodacom.

Here is the problem:
At home currently I have a huawei b593 LTE router which was being used on a Vodacom Prepaid SIM for LTE which worked flawlessly and gives a good connection.

So I put in the new contract sim which I got from the contract in the b593 router and it doesn't want to connect.
It gives me
"connection failed with error code 2813" and in detail "a problem has occured in the communication between your router and the wireless netowrk. Please provide the customer support the following info : Code 0X00000011B Details : missing or unknown AP"
it just cant get onto the network but it shows 3 bar connection at 4G.

The thing is the contract sim works with the 4G dongle they provided me but I get much more stronger signal with the b593 Router, and its lying around anyways so I would like to use the router.

Do I need to configure anything as the only difference is that the new sim is contract and the old one is prepaid.
