I am hoping a vodacom rep can help me with my issue. I was promised by vodacom that I would be contacted but still no news
So I tried to login to "myvodacom" to check my balance and buy more airtime but it seemed the system was down for a number of days this week. Then when it finally came back online I see that I have no airtime or data. I am told that I used it all up. I use the sim in a 3g modem for data only so there is no way auto updates which finish my airtime. The strange thing is a had airtime from the previous month and I should have received more airtime at the start of September plus I had data on the bundle I bought. I feel that there is definitely a system glitch or some sort of issue resulting in the missing airtime and data. The call center as also informed me that there is system issues. Please can you investigate and reinstate any missing airtime.
