I have an issue that's irritating me to bits. I bought the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact from the online orange store in South Africa. Phone is great works like a beast but has one issue. For some reason I cannot pick up LTE signal. Yes I am in a LTE covered area as I previously had LTE with my Samsung note 3. I have done a sim swop. My network settings are selected for LTE. I have called the call centre and asked for LTE settings and nothing works. The best I get is Hsdpa+.
Something to note that is weird, was when I first got the phone and inserted my sim card I didn't receive an sms stating that I have inserted my sim in a new phone and if I require Internet settings.
Someone please assist me?
