Vodacom not deliverying as advertised

I'm new to forums, so please don't flame me if i'm doing it wrong.

I need some input and advise. I've always been prepaid and recently moved over to a contract phone and router. The data contract is advertised as a 24 month top up deal with 5gig day and 5gig night data, a router and some free goodies. I received everything except the top dog voucher (which i've heard is useless) and set it all up. Once checking online I saw the 5gig anytime data, but not the 5gig night data. Made a call and the consultant told me you can't get night owl data on top up. I said well that is what was advertised and what I signed up for, and I sent her a screen shot of it. She looked at it and informed me that Vodacom had to give me the data as advertised or 10gig anytime, otherwise it falls under false advertisement and is against the consumer protection act. She escalated it to her higher ups. Since then I have had numerous calls telling me you don't get nigh owl with top up. I've already heard that, but I was led to believe you do, I've never been on contract to know otherwise. All vodacom is offering is to switch me to an open line contract with the night owl data included, no other solution. But I never wanted an open line as I heard they can become very expensive very fast. I saved a screen shot of the deal, but I see after my complaints and threats of false advertisement they removed it today. So what can I do? What are my rights and what are Vodacom's obligations?
