Need some help with Vodacom Service

Hi

I have a friend that suffered a lot of damage to his electrical equipment after the power on his farm went haywire. The Vodacom signal booster was also damaged in the proses and I PM’d VD the next day to ask for help. Vodacom phoned and gave my friend a reference number but that is where it stopped. I Pm’d VD again to ask for help, he said he will look into it.

This started the beginning of this month and we are still waiting for Vodacom to replace the signal booster. Like I explained to VD my friend has virtually no signal without this signal booster. He cant use his phone indoors he cant get onto the net nothing.

Can anyone please help me.
