Vodacom online issues?

Hi,

Is it only me is is Vodacom Online kinda broken?

I ordered a S6 Edge on the online site on Wednesday. This was a second line. They responded to say the application must be "vetted". Send that by SMS and email. The SMS says to contact them on 011-5555555. That number is WRONG and is the number of some random person who I feel very sorry for.

Next morning I got an SMS saying the vetting is approved. "To confirm your order please read the email sent to you". But no email was sent.

By Friday nothing further had happened.

So I phone in - 0115555555 of course is nonsense. So I use 08217844 number on the vodacom web site. Now - they are apparently not QUITE the same people so they can't deal with my application until the "dealer code" is changed. But they can't change the dealer code since the "other department" is closed. Can they phone me back tomorrow. Yes - we arrange 9:30.

Of course no-one phones. So I call again about 1pm. Same story. We now have a date for a call at 11am on Monday. Will they phone?

Why is this so broken? My experience was similar last time I tried to use them...
