I reported a fault with Vodacom about the HSDPA signal on Friday, we had storms in the area and as usual something was affected and (get this) as usual I am not getting anywhere with Vodacon. It seems going via the social media platform is a waste of time and if you try and report it over the phone you get the usual unplug, restart blah blah blah (I mean come one, who doesn't try that anyway?)
Does anyone have details of the Vodacon rep here so I can send the details though, attached are a couple of screenshots of the awesome and lightning fast speeds I get to endure....
