I need your help.
Yesterday I ported my number to Vodacom from CellC (too many problem especially the very poor signal very often on/off at my workplace and several location) for prepaid which the customer care staff told me that if I don't have signal on CellC then I must switch to Vodacom sim card which I've done last night.
This morning I purchase R110 airtime from Caltex garage and use *100*01*PIN# and it say "subscriber not found" what it mean?
I've done reset network setting and same problem.
But the *111# does display the list of services.
Please help?
