Hi Guys
Now I want to know if there is a problem with this phone, Xperia V
My son came to me saying that his phone was not charging, I then sent the phone in for repairs, to Vodacom South Africa, it came back saying there was water damage, but the problem is that the phone was still booting up before I sent it to then, now since it has come back from Vodacom South Africa it dose nothing, I also spoke to Sony repairs and they informed me that stuff was removed from the phone.
I asked my son if he had dropped it in water some were, he said to me that
he spilt cool drink over the phone by mistake, but the cover was closed
over the recharge port.
That tells me that the phone has a problem with the sell that are
leaking.
I an now referring to Sony web page
http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/...ications/#tabs
Please look at:
Durability
Dust-proof and water-resistant (IP55 / IP57) [2]
What dose IP55/ IP57 Stand for:
Both devices feature a rating of IP55/IP57. The double rating as far as protection against water is concerned is because of the compliance with both factors, that is, protection against low pressure jets of water from all directions (rain),
