My first post here on the forum but I have been lurking for quite a while now. Just a pity my first post has to be a moan about Vodacom but here goes nothing:
So on Friday, I upgraded to the iPhone 6 Plus and changed package from a Smart Standard to a uChoose Flexi 350 and I was told my migration to the new package would only happen on the 1st of November.
On Monday I tried to buy additional data bundle and my *111# menu only allows me to buy 3gb and 5gb bundles. I then decided to try buy a 3gb bundle and get this error message when I complete the process
ProvisionVAS Failed: Activation request execute -> Package services table not configured for package UC4. Service MIO 1
If I try purchase using a sms function I get a reply that says "error in database"
I have called Vodacom and been pushed from pillar to post and IT says they are having an issue with *111# but this error seems unrelated.
Has anyone else had a similar error or have an idea on how to sort this out?
