Contract Activations

Does anyone know of any representative on here, or a number of someone that's in some sort of decision making position at the Vodacom activations department?

I got a new contract and device delivered to me last week Wednesday. It's still not activated and no one can give me a clear answer as to why. I've been phoning every day as often as 3 - 4 times a day to find out. I'm slowly but surely starting to reach the end of my rope.

What can I do, and who do I call to get this resolved?
