So my airtime gets topped up monthly with R400 - got an iphone 5
On the 4th July my balance is zero, before I even made any calls, so I call VODACOM and the consultant on the line informs me that there was internet usage out of bundle every minute for 72 hours straight.
Weird as I've had the contract for 20 months and never has this happened.
So I send them a written query only for this person VISHAGAN to tell me that they cannot check anything because I don't have itemised billing. Fair enough but I request a usage report, VISHAGAN tells me bluntly he can't. :mad:
How then can the consultant give me this detail and VISHAGAN can't? :confused:
Any peeps have similar issues or maybe advice on how I can figure out what happened to my airtime?
