Vodacom online and Vodacom walk in customer care are NOT the same people and can not help you than means any problems with you phone you need to call vodacom online for help. Our Nokia 920 which is two days old and did not work from day one now has to be sent back via couriers they will then check and return a new one (if they have stock) within 7 to 10 days. Yet you can not walk in to any Vodacom centre or shop for an exchange.. This is suppose to be a swap out. Have now been on the phone for over 30 minutes and they say they will phone back.. Lets see..
