Upgrade nightmares

Sorry if I am posting in the wrong section

Last month we got the good news that we can upgrade out phones. Now we upgraded about 5 numbers.
And that is where the fun started.

1st off we had a little problem as the whole business upgrade department went for training for who knows how long. After about a week, and a long phone call, we were told that the paperwork got lost.
Our accountant did all the upgrades again.
Two of the upgrades got lost again (Mine and another worker at our company)
We had a problem that part of the delivery got to us and 3 items were said to be on backorder. (2 April)

Phoned them last week to ask about my phone. Was told that the delivery company did not receive the device yet.

Phoned them again about an hour ago. Now all of a sudden the Sony range of phones are discontinued, so there are no stock.

The problem I have with that is that VC is still advertising the devices on their specials booklets. And I sent an SMS telling me the upgrade was done (rendering my BIS services useless on my BB - That broke last week) and that my device was on backorder.

At least the last call: The lady I got hold of said she will see if she can get a handset for me, but will get back to me. So lets hope that the ray of light in the darkness called VodaCom can help in this regard and that the ray of light will not grow dull like the rest of VodaCom.

So holding thumbs for an upgrade soon. in the mean time clients will just have to phone my office and complain that I am not reachable on my cellphone.
