So I applied for an GS4 on SmartS advertised on the website with 75mins anytime, 200sms and 200mb+additional 500mb x 24 here...

So I get my phone, activate and the pro rata benefits seem right, except the Data Bundle seems too small...
Phone up customer service and they cannot see the additional free 500mb as advertised loaded onto my contract/deal.
Querie with customer service >> sent to Vodacom Direct
Querie with vodacom Direct >> 48hr turnaround promised
4Days later contact vodacom Direct >> cant get hold of the consult that helped me...
Another 2 days trying to get them to sort it, no Joy
Interactive Technologies is the Trade partner to vodacom that capture deals, manages callcentres for sales, etc.
Phone up Interactive Tech and make noise, they have only 1 administrator dealing with sales queries... she logs into my profile and sees the problem, promises 48hour turnaround.
No joy for another 3 days, phoning vodacom, customer service , direct sales and Interactive Tech... Make more noise and reach denver @ interactive tech

I get transferred to a MR Marvin de Waal... he is quite helpful and tries his best, so it seems.
Loggs a querie with vodacom data as to a layout of what data was loaded pro rata to take things further....
This morning I phoned him and he has no feedback from vodacom. Phone vodacom data directly and Sipho helps me. He says my querie has been closed off. System notes say that ((THERE was never such a deal advertised))
