Vodacom 3G service in Lower Woodstock CT

Is there a known problem in this area regarding 3G broadband?
I cannot browse on my phone, sending and receiving whatsapp messages are VERY delayed. Absolutely DREADFUL data flow.
Please fix this Vodacom, its quite long overdue, this has been a problem for a very long time!!
