On the 14th of december 2017 i bought 2 cellphone packages prepaid from vodacom online they immediately took the money out of my account and sent me a confirmation email clearly showing 2 packages and the amount after 2 days they couldn't find my order finally on the 19th they found it and sent the order to the courier next day on the 20th the courier delivered my package but to my dismay it was only one package and the courier invoice states only one when i called them again they said my order is delivered so now i want to know what i should do cause i paid for 2 packages but got only one wheres my other package or wheres my money i phoned all the numbers and no one knows anything
