Can anyone help me?
I had my contract upgraded in April 2017 and in November Vodacom took 30Gb of my data without warning and now they tell me it was a system error, but I called in April for the upgrade which was recorded... I thought that recording would be my "contract" seeing as I haven't signed any other contractual piece of paper...
Can anyone help me, I am now paying for half of my data, but more importantly, I did not agree to this contract!!
I would like to cancel my contract, but I need help?
or if someone could help me get my data back?
