IP Address of the Mobile Tower

Hello MyBroadband

i want to know something. I know the Towers have Servers below the actual wireless emitters. the server that connects to Vodacom network servers. i want to ping it with Command prompt to know the latency from my house to the tower.
If Anyone Can let me know how i can find out. i would appreciate it
