@Ockie Convert Topup to Prepaid

Hi @Ockie I see you understandably no longer take PM's.

What's the simplest/easiest/fastest way to initiate a Prepaid conversion now?

I know you did it for me before, but now changed jobs so guessing you can't help directly.
