So I see google is doing a Carrier Settings app in the play store. I hope this will allow carriers like Vodacom then to push settings for Volte and vowifi to all androids that support it in the firmware and SOC without having to push a full firmware update via the manufacturer. Such as the Samsung S6 and S7, unless it has the Vodacom specific firmware on it, it just dont work at the moment :(
