Frustrating and misdirected monthly data messages from Vodacom

Hi all.

I hope Ockie can help with this one. Since last year I have been receiving text messages from Vodacom stating that data has either expired or about to on a number I do not know and have never ever dealt with before.

So, on the 25th of December 2016 I called customer care who logged a call and gave me a reference number (A2-20PR-HN7SF) and the usual promise to contact me within 2 working days, that which never materialised.

The messages continued and I called the customer care service again in January and the response that there was nothing more that they could do, all they do is log a call and their technicians resolve the matters that have arisen. They further advised that I go to the nearest Vodashop outlet for assistance. I went to one of the shops in May and again this week on Wednesday and was told that they can't assist me with the issue but that customer care should be the ones dealing with the problem.

This is the most pathetic service from Vodacom representatives I have ever received, nobody seems to know what to do and I am stuck with a very irritating problem.
