I'm hoping someone can help me, I have a customer that needs an unrestricted APN enabled on a sim card, We applied on Wednesday by sending the required paperwork.
Yesterday tried testing it and saw it wasn't active, took me 2,5 hours of phones calls and eventually someone knew what I'm talking about, they check and see that instead of activiating the unrestricted APN, I got InternetVPN APN instead.
Lady told me she will request to change it and would call me today to let me know once its done.
No call yet and I tried calling the help desk again and back to no one knowing what I'm talking about.
Are there any Vodacom reps here?
I cant believe there help desk don't know about services that there own company offer.
