NEED Advice re inability to use Vodacom data bundles which are paid for

Hi,

I need some advise as I am embroiled in a battle with vodacom regarding changes they have made on the network (or maybe they just broke it by accident?) which now result in me not being able to use my mobile data bundels that I pay on contract for. Thus to me I am being defrauded out of a product that I have bought that I cannot use. Imagine paying for a 1 kg T Bone steak and only being allowed to take one bite before they whisk the plate away?

I logged a call on 16 December which was never responded to, again on 7 Jan which seems to have been deleted and again on 13 Jan. Then I contacted the Executive Client Liaison Office 3 emails plus a phone call to complain about the lack of response after which some guy phoned met to indicate that they would be closing one of the two calls they had left and that someone.. not identified, would contact me about the other call number. Needless to say this has NOT happened.

Repeated complaints to the Executive Client Liaison Office are just ignored. Person X seems to be very adroit at avoiding responses to complaints. I have even requested to be released from the contracts so as to pursue Fiber which is finally in my area... but zero response.

Thus, is there anyone that can give me some advise, or a contact person or a magic number I can call where they will actually do something?
