Vodacom is down, but Voda Roaming is not

Hi, Where I am (Drakensberg KZN) 3G has not worked for about a day.

Strange thing is I have a FNB Connect sim, which is connecting and is working - roaming on Vodacom.

Everyone is affected android, iphone etc. But my huawei router has been connected for at least the last 7.5 hours.

Voice service is not affected, but only 3G data. I get a 3G symbol with ! next to it.

So how can this be? The internet is down for Vodacom subscribers on their own network, but FNB Connect can roam on the network and use data?

A fault has been reported.
