I need some help or advice please. My phone was stolen on Friday so I reported it and blocked the phone and sim. I did a sim swap on Saturday and the line is active again but I can't make outgoing calls. I get the message, "Your cellular service has been suspended". According to customer care everything is fine on their side and they keep escalating the call but still have the same problem.
