My wife's phone was stolen over the weekend, and we need the ITC reference number from Vodacom for insurance, apparently not so easy, been trying since 11:50.
1.) The phone is from my contract (i.e. I pay monthly for it) , but my wife uses it - Vodacom insist my wife report the phone stolen.
2.) She has been trying - Vodacom keep claiming the systems are down.
Has anyone gone through the process before? At this stage - I'm not suprised people can't be bothered reporting phones stolen...
