I reported a fault on Internet link on the 16th February 2016 to the Hello Peter website after an unsuccessful call to the 111 number to report my fault. My ref is A2-1K6D-Z7O1H2 which was sent to me via SMS, one of two which I received. I also received 2 phone calls after logging the fault, the last one on 13th Mar 2016 after updating my report to say I was utterly disgusted with the "Service". I have tried to do a Vodacom Speed Test on this site a few times this evening, and each time, it times out due to the pathetic speed. What do the words "Service Provider" mean? Sadly in our current times, absolutely nothing, and then you wonder and scratch you're heads when you lose all you're customers.
